Check your policy booklet for general information on your policy, or your policy schedule for details about your personal cover. It's important to keep your policy up to date. If your circumstances change, you may need to update your policy to make sure you have the right level of cover.
First, you'll need your policy number. Your policy number begins with three letters (e.g. HBP) and can be found on any home insurance letter we've sent you. If you're registered for Internet Banking. you can log on and find it there.
Select the first three letters of your policy number, or quote reference, from the list. So, if your policy number was HBP123456789, select HBP.
It'll be on any letters we've sent you or you can log on to Internet Banking to see it. It'll always start with 3 letters, like this: HBP123456789.
If you're registered for Internet Banking, you can log on to view your cover details. Otherwise, you should refer to the most recent policy documents we sent you.
If you're working from home using a computer, a phone, or doing paperwork, you don't need to let us know. For other types of work you're doing from home, such as hairdressing or making things, please call us to let us know and we'll check if you're covered.
