What you can do online

If you’re registered for Internet Banking, your policy appears with the rest of your Lloyds Bank products.

There's no need to call us. Just log on at any time to view and manage your home insurance policy online. If you haven't already got Internet Banking, you can register here.

Select from the following to see what else you can do online:

  • Here's where you can find the basic details about your policy, such as your policy number and cover period.  You’ll also be able to:

    • download your policy booklet and limits
    • review and change your cover and excess
    • view and change how your policy renews
    • check how much you’re paying and manage your payments.
  • Once you log on, you can manage your policy and change things like:

    • your automatic renewal settings - selecting whether your policy auto renews or not
    • your cover - straight away or effective from your next renewal
    • your payments - you can change your payment method or the date we collect your payment

    You can also get proof of insurance - by the end of the next working day or sooner.

Log on to Internet Banking

You can log on to Internet Banking simply and securely. If you haven’t already, it's easy to register online. You’ll need to have at least one of our banking products.
