As a Lloyds Bank Car Finance customer you can take greater control by registering for your online account in just 3 simple steps.

You can access this anytime and there you will find a range of services to help you manage your account.

When online, you can:

  • Change your payment date to one that suits you better
  • Make a payment or overpayment
  • View your transaction history
  • Ask for a statement
  • Update your details.

You will need your date of birth and postcode to register. You will only need to do this once to set up your online account.

To create and log in to your account, you will need a valid email address and secure password.

  • Keep track of payments and invoices.

Good car condition guide

At the end of your car finance agreement you may choose to return your vehicle.

Throughout your agreement you must keep the vehicle in good condition allowing for fair wear and tear.

If the car, its equipment or accessories have not been used, maintained or looked after as originally agreed then we may make end of contract charges
