  • Download a statement from our app onto your phone.
  • Order a paper statement and receive it in the post within 10 working days.

Steps to take

We’ll guide you through it.

    1. Log on and select the account you want to view. Then select the three dot menu.
    2. Select Download or print statement to save or print.
    3. For paper copies, select Order paper statements.

    2. Choose to print, download or order a paper copy.
    3. For paper copies, please remember it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
