We'll send your proof of insurance by the end of the next working day, or sooner if we can. If you don't receive the email, check your junk mail folder. The subject will be 'Proof of Insurance'.

You only need to add an interested party if someone has asked you to. An 'interested party' is a person or company that has a financial stake in the insured property, like your bank or mortgage lender.

To keep your data safe, the proof of insurance letter we send to you by email will be password protected.

Please provide a password to open your proof of insurance letter. Make sure this is a new password you don’t use for anything else. It should be between 6 and 15 characters. If you choose to forward the letter to someone else, you’ll need to share the password with them so they can open it.
