View or download statements

You can do this online

  • The fastest way to obtain your statement is by downloading them directly onto your phone using our mobile banking app.
  • Use Internet Banking to download, save and print statements from the past 7 years.
  • Request a paper statement to be sent in the post – you’ll get it within 10 working days.

If you have a credit card you will have to request a PDF statement, you can do this via our online chat.

Steps to take

We’ll guide you through it.

    1. Log on and select the account you want to view.
    2. Select the three dot account menu.
    3. Select Download or print statement to save or print.
    4. For paper copies, select Order paper statements.

    1. Log on and select Statement options from your account page.
    2. Choose to print, download, or order a paper copy for the last 7 years.
    3. For paper copies, please remember it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
