Change or cancel a standing order

You can do this online

  • See a list of regular payments in our app or Internet Banking.
  • Make changes to your standing orders at any time.
  • Cancel any standing orders you no longer need.

Steps to take

We’ll guide you through it.

    1. Log on and select the More menu from your account.
    2. Select Regular Payments. This will open a list of all your regular payments.
    3. Find the standing order you want to change. Then select the Amend button next to it to change the payment details or Delete to cancel it.
    4. Confirm you want to go ahead. You’ll see a message letting you know your change has been made.

    2. Select Direct Debits & standing orders. Then choose Manage standing orders. This will open a list of all your regular payments.
    3. Find the standing order you want to change. Then select the Amend button next to it to change the payment details or Delete to cancel it.
    4. Confirm you want to go ahead. You’ll see a message letting you know your change has been made.
