The simplest way to change your address is in our app.
Let me show you how in just a few short steps.
Log on to the app and select the profile and settings icon in the top right corner.
Then tap the arrow next to your address.
Enter a valid new postcode and select, Find address'.
You can select your address from the list and then you'll be asked to confirm this is your new address.
Finally, read the on-screen messages and confirm you understand.
You'll then be asked to enter your password or confirm it’s you.
This may look different depending on your device and settings
That's it.
You've updated your address!
The changes will take place immediately.
If you run into a problem, we’ll ask you to message us using our secure messaging service.
We will ask you some questions about your request.
Then we'll be able to assist you with your change of address.
One of our colleagues will confirm that this has been done.
