SignVideo interpreting service
We have partnered with SignVideo to provide an online sign language service for our customers who use British Sign Language (BSL).
The SignVideo service provides easy access to a BSL interpreter who can talk directly to our advisors, on your behalf.
They can help you with all your banking needs, including;
- Current accounts, saving, share dealing, mortgage and credit card accounts.
- Support with managing your bills or help with money worries.
- Advice if you are concerned about fraud.
It’s free to use and is available Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm and 8am-1pm Saturday.
It’s fast, simple and secure.
How to access SignVideo
You can use SignVideo on your computer, smartphone or tablet. Visit SignVideo to download the free app, which is accessible for both Android and Apple devices.
If you’re using a PC or Mac, you can access the service from the SignDirectory.
Select ‘Connect now’ to access the service through our website.
