Check your eligibility

Being a member is free. To keep enjoying 360 you will need to continue meeting the following criteria:

Be a Lloyds customer

Pay at least £4,300 per month, into a current account you hold in your name (or £5,500, if it's a joint account).

Or, have savings of at least £75,000 in one or more account, including joint accounts.

As you’ve met the criteria, that’s it. You don’t have to do anything else. You’ve been auto-enrolled and 360 will already be in your Lloyds app or when you call.

It's for customers who we think might benefit most from the services we offer, and who meet the eligibility requirements. As a Lloyds 360 member you can expect to receive access to a dedicated Lloyds 360 servicing team (including free financial coaching) and (subject to status) exclusive features, benefits and ‘member’ offers across our range of products.

  • Lloyds 360 is a premier banking experience we’re introducing to customers who:

    • Pay in at least £4,300 per month, into a current account you hold in your name (or £5,500, if it's a joint account).
    • Or, have savings of at least £75,000 in one or more account, including joint accounts.

    We will review your eligibility and if you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, we'll be in touch to let you know what steps you can take to keep Lloyds 360.

    In the future, Lloyds 360 will be available for all eligible Lloyds customers, although the eligibility criteria may change.

  • Yes, your eligible deposits are protected up to a total of £85,000 by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, the UK’s deposit guarantee scheme. This limit is applied to the total of any deposits you have with the following: Lloyds or Lloyds Bank, Mayfair Private Banking, Lloyds Bank Private Banking, MBNA, Scottish Widows Bank and Lloyds 360. You have a single £85,000 limit across these trading names of Lloyds Bank plc.

Lines are open from 8am – 8pm, seven days a week. Our Financial Coaches are available from 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm Saturday. You can book an appointment in the Mobile Banking app. Calls and online sessions may be monitored and recorded. Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
