You will be presented with a full breakdown of your rates and charges clearly before you sign up, so you understand what you’re agreeing to before you start.

  • Your funds should arrive in your business bank account within three to five working days of the transaction. Cardnet also offers “Faster Settlement” which would provide your funds the next working day, for a small fee.

  • Our mobile card readers accept all major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Global Network and Diners Club International, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

  • Our terminals come with some form of accessibility for the visually impaired to help your customers complete transactions effortlessly. 

    On the Lloyds Bank Cardnet MPOS, there are two tactile dots on the number 5 key, as well as tactile pictograms on all the action keys to enable a customer to feel their way around the device and complete their transaction. 

    Castles Saturn currently has a visually impaired mode on the terminal which guides the cardholder to complete the transaction with voice over instructions. The software has been approved by the RNIB.

    The Clover Flex comes with a physical overlay, which can be placed over the touch screen, and acts as a “physical” keypad for the visually impaired. The physical overlay is also provided with the Clover Station and Mini.
