First-time log on

Follow these steps to log on to Online for Business for the first time.

Before you start, you'll need

  1. Your User ID – this will have been posted or emailed to you.
  2. Your card reader – this will have been posted to you.
  3. Authentication or Business Debit Card – these will have been posted to you.
If you have a personal account or have other business accounts with us, you can use the debit cards attached to them.
  4. PIN – this will have been posted to you.
  5. Temporary password – this will have been sent to you by text.

You must have all the above before proceeding, unless you use personal internet banking with Lloyds.  Existing Lloyds personal internet banking users can go straight to step three.

Trusting the browser on your device

This is a security feature. Trusting your browser makes logging on quicker as you will only need to key in characters from your memorable information and won’t need to use your card and reader.

You’ll eventually be asked to trust the browser on your device.

If you log on using a different browser or device, the trusted status won’t carry over and you’ll be asked again if you want to trust the device.
