Change your business address

If you’re a full access user, you can update your business, registered, mailing and personal addresses within Online for Business and the Business mobile banking app. Or you can complete a form and send it to us.

Steps to take

We'll guide you through it

Have either your card and card reader or mobile phone ready to approve your changes.
 

In Online for Business

  1. Logon to Online for Business​.
  2. Select ‘Admin’​ then ‘Your business’ tab.
  3. Under ‘Business contact details’ select ‘Addresses​'.
  4. This screen displays your address details.  Find the address you want to update and select 'Change​'.
  5. Follow the onscreen guidance.​

You’ll need to verify yourself using your card and reader once you’ve made your changes.  You’ll then get a reference number.
