Having problems viewing a PDF?

We've outlined a few steps for you to try:

Try a compatible browser

You should be able to open the form on Safari or Internet Explorer.

Install/upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader

Follow the instructions and after installation is complete, restart your computer and test the PDF again to see if you can view it.

Download Adobe Reader

Download the form to your computer and open with Adobe Reader

Navigate back to the page on our site with the PDF you were trying to open, right-click the PDF link and save it to your computer before opening it. This is done differently depending on your browser:

  • Chrome - right-click and 'Save link as...'
  • Internet Explorer - right-click and 'Save target as...'
  • Edge - right-click and 'Save link as...'
  • Firefox - right-click and 'Save Link As...'
  • Safari – right-click and ‘Download Link File…'

Once saved to your device, find the file in your downloads folder. Right click to ‘Open with’ and select Adobe PDF reader.
