Over the past 25 years, Mark has developed an extensive knowledge of the corporate banking market, working with clients across the UK in a variety of sectors, segments, and geographies. His focus is to drive our regional acceleration plans for 2023 across the UK helping clients deliver their sustainable growth plans. He is also working closely with key city regions helping them to deliver their own strategic development plans.

Chris Yau, Regional Head - North West
Chris has over 15 years corporate banking experience, leading client relationships for businesses across mid-market and large corporates, ranging from public listed companies (PLC’s) through to private owned or equity backed businesses. Chris is also the Director of Origination & Sustainability for the Lloyds Bank Housing team, where he is committed to creating an inclusive and sustainable future for communities and businesses by shaping finance as a force for good.

With over a thirty-year career at Lloyds Bank, Andrew has held a variety of regional and national roles. Currently, he is Head of Public & Third Sector as well as Head of the Midlands region. Andrew is also a Board Director of the Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre and an Advisory Board Member at Birmingham City University Business School.

Based in Bristol, Carmen works with businesses across a range of sectors in the South West and South Wales regions. She is focused on cementing the bank’s long-standing relationships with some of the regions’ most ambitious companies and supporting their strategic growth plans.
