We’ll refund any payments that are made without your approval. You should tell us about the payment as soon as possible. If you haven’t kept your security details safe or failed to tell us within 13 months, we may not refund you.
You need to tell us right away if you believe you’ve sent a payment to a fraudster’s bank account. We can then investigate your claim to decide on a refund for any money you may have lost.
