View where payments were made

You can do this online

  • View where a chip and PIN or contactless purchase was made.
  • There might also be a map showing where the payment was made.
  • It can be really useful to check this if you don’t recognise a payment.

Steps to take

We’ll guide you through it.

    1. Log on and select the account you want to view. If you’re using our Mobile Banking app, tap on the three dot menu. 
    2. Select the payment you want to check.
    3. Now you can see the payment details and location.
