Charles is a highly skilled veteran of the finance industry. He currently serves two influential roles at Lloyds Bank, overseeing the Industrials and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors in North America, and heading up the Bank’s global strategy for Manufacturing and Chemicals.
Over the expanse of his career, Charles has worked in structured finance and corporate banking across real estate, industrials, private equity, TMT, financial entrepreneurs, global acquisition finance, and relationship management. Before joining Lloyds Bank, he was Chief Operating Officer for Structured Investment Management, a shaped returns investment fund. Prior to that, he served various senior roles at Barclays Capital, Citigroup, and Citibank Canada.
Charles holds a bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
