Qualifying mortgages include: 

  • First time buyer, moving home, or purchasing a buy to let property
  • Existing customer borrowing more for home improvements
  • Re-mortgaging to us from another lender and borrowing more for home improvements.

 

You can benefit from our Eco Mortgage rate if your home meets the following criteria:

  • You have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of A or B rating*
  • Your home has reached the maximum potential rating set out in an Energy Performance Certificate
  • Properties in the Isle of Man built after 1st January 2023.

*In Jersey & the Isle of Man these are also called Home Energy Audits.
