You must be age 18 or over and resident in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man to apply. Lending is at the Bank's discretion. How much we lend, the rate available to you and the issue of a loan is subject to our assessment of your circumstances.
You can claim up to 5% of the cost of eligible home improvements up to £1,000.

We’ll aim to pay the cashback to qualifying customers within 30 days from when you submit invoices for the completed work. We will tell you how to do this when you apply.
The cashback will be paid into the account you pay your Lloyds Bank International mortgage from. If you don’t have a direct debit set up to pay your mortgage, you need to speak to us to arrange payment.
You can only claim a maximum of £1,000 cashback, even if you’re doing a number of home improvements or if you make more than one mortgage application for that property in the qualifying period.
To qualify for the Eco Home Booster Loan cashback, you must:
Be raising funds through a Lloyds Bank International mortgage on a property for qualifying energy efficiency improvements on that property. The cashback is available to customers purchasing their first home, moving to a new home or purchasing a buy to let property. The cashback is also available to existing Lloyds Bank International customers borrowing more for home improvements and customers remortgaging to us from another lender and borrowing more for home improvements.
You will not qualify if:
You change the type of application during the process. For example, if you are no longer borrowing the additional funds for home improvements as part of your mortgage application.

Lloyds Bank International releasing the funds does not guarantee the quality of the work done by the supplier and it is up to you to make sure you are satisfied with the improvements carried out. Lloyds Bank International cannot make any guarantee about the costs of the work required or any savings that can be made, and you are responsible for making your own decision.
