    Our Mobile Banking app is available from the Apple App Store. Search for ‘Lloyds Mobile Banking app’ or click below to download.

    To use our Mobile Banking app, you'll need:

    • An iPhone running iOS 7.0 or above
    • An up-to-date phone number that you've previously registered with us, so we can reach you while you register your device
    • Data access on your device (either Wi-Fi or cellular)
    • An Apple App Store account
    • A Lloyds Bank personal account available through Sterling Internet Banking, and an Internet Banking User ID and password.

    iPad users

    Customers with iPads can now access their Internet Banking accounts securely,  quickly and easily using our new Express Logon app.

  • If you use a BlackBerry or Windows mobile you can access Internet Banking on your smartphone through your mobile browser. There’s nothing to download but you do need to first register for Internet Banking.

    Getting started

    Once registered, go to https://online.lloydsbank.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp./ on your phone internet browser. Then log into your account using the same username and password as your Internet Banking.

  • When it comes to Mobile Banking, you’re in safe hands with us. Our Mobile Banking app provides the same rigorous controls that protect your Internet Banking. We use cutting-edge technology to protect you and your money.

    Here are some of the ways we keep you safe:

    Enhanced Internet Authentication

    When you register your device for the first time, we'll call your selected device to make sure the request is genuine.

    Secure logon

    By registering, you’ll create a secure link between your device and you Internet Banking profile. This only needs to be done once for each device you use. Then you securely log on each time using Touch ID for iPhone or Fingerprint for Android devices.

    Automatic logoff

    You set how long your device stays inactive for before it logs you out of our banking app.

    Fraud detection systems

    We’re always monitoring your account(s) for any unusual behaviour.

    Suspend account

    We will temporarily disable your account(s) after a number of incorrect logon attempts.

    Telephone masking

    To provide additional security, we have partially hidden your telephone numbers to help protect you against online fraud.

    Our online and Mobile Banking guarantee

    We protect you with safeguards that meet industry standards and we guarantee to refund your money in the unlikely event you experience fraud with our Internet Banking service.

    But we ask you to do your bit and take reasonable steps to keep your security information safe by following the advice below

    • Protect your passwords

    Never share your Internet Banking information with anyone and never store it on your device. You can add to our existing security by setting up a password or PIN to access your mobile device(s). If you think someone may know your details, or if you lose your mobile device(s), change your Internet Banking password immediately.

    • Only use official app stores

    Our apps are only available from official app stores including the Apple App Store, Google Play and Windows Phone Store.

    • Take care in public places

    Never leave your device unattended and beware of people looking over your shoulder. Remember to log out of Mobile and Internet Banking when you’ve finished.

    • Keep up to date

    Install regular updates of your device’s operating system. If your device is compatible with anti-virus software, it’s a good idea to download it from a reputable source.

    • Be wary of SMS and email

    Always be cautious when following links contained within SMS messages or emails. Remember, we never ask you for your security information via SMS or email.
