Find out how to get started with our Mobile Banking app.

New customers

You can apply for an account, register for Internet Banking and register your device through one, easy to use app journey. At the end of the application process you will be asked if you would like to register for Internet Banking.

All you need to do is download the app to get started.

Not registered for internet banking?

Existing customers need to be registered for Internet Banking to start using our app.

Once you have your User ID and Password you can log onto the app and register your device.

 

Register for Internet Banking

Already using internet banking?

Existing customers who are already registered for Internet Banking can download the app, log on and register your device using your existing User ID and password.

What do I need to start using the app?

  • Device running a recent version of iOS or Android.
  • WiFi or data connection on your phone.
  • Apple App Store or Google Play account.
  • Internet Banking User ID and Password.

Registering your device

Follow our step-by-step guide to get up and running with our app.

  1. Download the app.
  2. Click Log On, or if you are a new customer click Apply Now. If you are an existing customer not yet registered for Internet Banking, you will need to do this first.
  3. Enter your User ID and Password.
  4. Read our Data Consent. You need to Accept All to continue.
  5. The app will detect that this is a new device. If you would like to register this device for Mobile Banking, click Register This Device.
  6. Log On to Internet Banking using your mobile or desktop browser.
  7. Internet Banking will prompt you that there is a device ready to be registered. Click Register This Device to progress.
  8. Your device is now registered. You can register up to 10 devices and de-register them by logging onto the browser Internet Banking at any time.
  9. Re-open the International app – you can now use the app!
