A personal review is a free service aimed at helping you get the best value for money with us. You’ll meet a Banking Consultant at your local branch who will review your Lloyds accounts in advance and talk to you about how you might be able to get a better deal. The review takes about an hour, is completely free, and you don’t need to sign up for anything on the spot.

If your mortgage rate is expiring soon, we can help. If you've experienced a change in circumstances, we'll assist you. We’ll help you understand the potential impact on your repayments. We'll also explore options to manage your finances. You’ll meet a mortgage manager at your local branch who will review your existing mortgage and discuss what options are for you. The review takes about an hour, is completely free, and you do not need to make any immediate decisions.
