You’ll meet a Banking Consultant at your local branch who will review your Lloyds accounts in advance and talk to you about how you might be able to get a better deal. The review takes about an hour, is completely free, and you don’t need to sign up for anything on the spot.

What should I bring with me to a personal review?

Your Banking Consultant will review any accounts you have with Lloyds before you meet, but the more detail you can bring with you of your other finances the more we can help you. Helpful documents include

  • mortgage statements.
  • credit card statements – including the rates you’re currently paying
  • details of existing loan or finance agreements
  • savings balances – including interest rates
  • home insurance details.

We'll also explore options to manage your finances. You’ll meet a mortgage manager at your local branch who will review your existing mortgage and discuss what options are for you. The review takes about an hour, is completely free, and you do not need to make any immediate decisions.
