The Lloyds Bank Club Lloyds 10 year Anniversary Prize Draw (the ‘Draw’) is a prize draw taking place in October 2024.
What can I win?
There are 60 prizes as follows:

Who will be entered?
To be entered into the Draw, you must hold at least one of the following Club Lloyds personal current accounts (‘eligible current account’) as at 30th September 2024:
- Club Lloyds

- Club Lloyds Gold

You must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom (your address on our records must be in the United Kingdom).
Additional entries
Customers who hold one of the eligible current accounts as at 30th September 2024 are eligible for one additional entry into the Draw if they also hold £1 or more in at least one of the following Savings accounts as at 30th September 2024 (‘eligible savings account’):

Any eligible accounts (personal current accounts or savings) must be in your name, and held on your own behalf; or be shown in our records as held by another person as your representative and held on your behalf. For example, a representative could be an attorney or a deputy, receiver, or guardian.
Customers who hold one of the eligible current accounts are eligible for one additional entry into the Draw if they also show on our records as holding an active Lloyds Bank mortgage as of 30th September 2024 (‘eligible mortgage’).
You will only be entered into the Draw if you hold an eligible current account with up to two further entries depending on the total number of eligible products you hold. Each individual customer is therefore eligible for a maximum of 3 entries into the Draw, no matter how many eligible accounts you hold in either sole or joint names.
Entry to the Draw
Eligible customers will be automatically entered into the Draw. If you hold any of the eligible accounts in joint names, all customers named on the account will be entered separately.
- We will pick 60 winners at random during October 2024. If you are a winner, we will let you know by calling you and/or writing to you as soon as possible after the winners have been selected. If we are unable to make contact with you following a reasonable number of attempts, or if you do not respond to our attempts to contact you within 21 days of our first attempt, we will assume you do not want the prize and we will award it to the next eligible customer we randomly select.
- We will take all reasonable steps to contact winners, even if they have previously requested to not receive marketing communications or were not previously aware of the Draw.
- All individual entries into the Draw have an equal chance of winning a prize. Individual Customers are only eligible to win one prize.
- We do our best to make sure all eligible customers, and only eligible customers, are entered into the Draw. However, it is possible that in a small number of cases a non-eligible customer could be entered, or an error takes place in relation to an eligible customer. We will take reasonable steps to make sure this doesn’t happen and correct any errors where reasonably possible – however should such cases arise, we will not be responsible to any customers.
Can I opt-out?
- You can opt-out (withdraw) from the Draw at any time until 30th September 2024 using the form located here: https://www.lloydsbank.com/current-accounts/landing/club-10-year-prize-draw/club-10-year-prize-draw-opt-out-form
- You can also opt-out by asking a colleague in branch or by calling 0345 300 0000. You must provide us with the requested information to allow us to identify you on our records. If the information you provide is incomplete or does not match what we hold for you, we may not be able to remove you from the Draw. In this instance, you will still be able to refuse the prize if you win.
The Draw itself
- The Draw will be held during October 2024 when we will pick 60 winners at random.
- Two senior managers within Lloyds Bank and outside of the Personal Current Accounts, Mortgages or Savings business will independently verify the winner selection process.
- The Draw will be run by Lloyds Bank. Lloyds Bank will not be responsible if the Draw selection process cannot go ahead, is delayed, changed, or cancelled because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services or for any cause beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we’ll put a notice on our website as soon as we practically can.
- We may substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value. This applies to a prize as a whole or certain elements of it.
- In all matters relating to the Draw our decision is final and we will not respond to further questions or queries. We do not accept any liability for any letters or communications lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
- If you are the winner, we can require you to give us reasonable proof of your identity, age and address. We will explain what you need to do when we contact you.
- If a winner dies before we're due to award their prize, their personal representative can claim it on behalf of their estate. The personal representative must show us proof of their authority to act (for example, a Grant of Probate).
How we announce winners
- We will initiate contact with any potential winner who has been selected and checked within one month of the draw taking place. Contact will be attempted via phone in the first instance, with email or letters sent if this is initially unsuccessful.
- If you are selected as a winner, you will have an opportunity to review the prize and its terms and conditions and refuse the prize if you wish. If you wish to do this, full details will be given to you when notifying you of the win. Any prizes that are refused will be re-drawn and offered to a new winner.
- Winners will be required to confirm they wish to accept their prize within 14 days of being informed of their prize. If you fail to confirm acceptance within this timeframe we will assume you do not want the prize and we will award it to the next eligible customer we randomly select.
- A prize must be accepted as offered. Non-cash prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and are not refundable. Please see terms and conditions for each individual prize for further information.
- If you win a prize, we will ask for your consent to share your details with the relevant 3rd party (or parties) in order for them to contact you and arrange fulfilment. We will discuss this with you when we contact you.
- After the draw, winners’ surnames and country of residence will be available upon request. Once winners have been confirmed, anyone can get the winner’s name and country from any of our branches, within six months of the data of the Draw. If you are a winner, you don’t have to agree to have your name included on the list – we will explain how when we contact you.
- We may ask the winner to take part in publicity, but you don’t have to agree.
- We will not contact non-winners.
- If anyone falsely claims to be a winner, they are liable to pay us any associated costs, losses, damages and expenses (including our costs in awarding a genuine winner).
Further information
- Entry to the Draw will not affect any of the Terms and Conditions of your account(s).
- We will not include an account holder into the Draw where we have been told at the time of selection that they have died.
- The Draw is not open to any employee of any company in Lloyds Banking Group, or anyone who is a supplier (or employed by a supplier) and directly involved in or helping with the Draw.

- Lloyds Bank will fulfil the cash prizes of £10,000. 10 x Cash prizes of £10,000
- Winners will be contacted by Lloyds Bank to inform them how the cash prize will be provided
10 x Trips to New York
- Winners will be contacted by Element London Ltd to arrange their trip and murder mystery experience.
- Return economy flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from London, UK (Heathrow or Gatwick airport) to New York City, USA (JFK or Newark airport), flights include hand baggage only, flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available, flight itinerary will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
- Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing one double occupancy room with breakfast at a 4-star hotel in New York City;
- The trip must include a Saturday night stay;
- Accommodations do not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
- A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the hotel at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;
- Accommodations will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
- Prize Package is for up to 2 adults, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
- At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
- Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
- Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
- Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year) or UK Public Holidays;
- All recipients must be in a possession of a valid passport for the duration of the trip. Non-European Union passport holders may be required to have passport validity for six months beyond the duration of the trip. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to and entry to the prize package destination; All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel;
- Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider: https://www.wearetravelinsurance.co.uk/docs/Policy-Wording-20-09.pdf It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
- The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas (including ESTA), personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
- The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
- Prize is subject to availability;
- Winner travels at own risk. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the promotion or prize;
- Where applicable, any modifications to the prize will be at the winner's own expense;
- Murder mystery dinner takes place on set dates throughout the year and will be advised upon booking, minimum age is 8 years old;
- The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
- If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion;
- Nothing in this travel package authorizes any person to use the Walt Disney Company's and its affiliated companies (collectively, "Disney") name, brand, intellectual property, characters or reputation in conjunction with this travel package or any prize promotions whatsoever and that a valid promotional agreement with Disney is a precondition for use of this prize package in association with Lucasfilm's name or Disney-owned intellectual property;
- The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes;

- Your pass will be delivered digitally, directly to your inbox, ready to use. You will receive your Privilege Pack, along with your physical card, via post within the next 30 days.
- All Merlin Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rides and attractions are subject to availability. Terms and Conditions apply.

10 x £1000 gift cards for Good Housekeeping Holidays
- Blackhawk Network will contact winners and provide a contact number for TS Tours Ltd. who will support winners in selecting and booking their trip or experience. Winners will be provided an e-voucher for £1000 to be redeemed at TS Tours Ltd.
- The Promoter is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of the Prize Provider.
- The Prize Provider for this promotion is TS Tours Ltd with registration number 12057096 with its registered office address 4-6 Canfield Place, London NW6 3BT
- The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
- Ten winning entrants will each win a £1000 voucher. This can be redeemed against any tour where TS Tours operates as either the principle or as an agency.
- The prize must be taken as one tour package and only one booking per voucher is allowed. There will be no refunds for unused credit. If the booking value is over £1000, the prize winner is obliged to pay the difference in full at the time of booking.
