• A shortlist of funds from the FE Investments research team.
• The funds have been independently selected from thousands of funds on offer by their experts in their research team using some criteria provided by us.
• With thousands of funds to choose from, building a portfolio can be overwhelming: the Select List of funds could help you. Think of it as a filtering option to help you narrow down the wide range of funds available to invest in.
• The list comprises of around 60 funds made up of a number of mainly actively managed funds and some passive options, from each of the main investment sectors, risk level and fund types, also including responsibly managed funds.

They are a recognised provider with proven expertise in the fund industry and providers of high-quality information.

• FE fundinfo will regularly monitor the funds’ performance. Funds are monitored in four key areas: performance, behaviour, risk and structure.
• They have a team of qualified analysts who also conduct interviews with fund managers at least twice a year to ensure that the Select List of funds remains the most optimal.
• They have a strong governance process. The full fund monitoring and governance process is overseen by their Investment Committee which consists of senior investment experts, who are tasked with ensuring that funds are reviewed fully and any action taken is appropriate.

• Changes to the Select List of funds can occur for a variety of reasons and you should not necessarily view the removal of any funds as a reason to sell. If you are invested in any of these funds you can continue to hold them.
• The Select List of funds is generally updated once a year though funds may be removed at any point during the year.
• We do not receive a fee or commission should you invest in any of the funds, and neither does FE fundinfo.
