Set up your card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to use your smart phone to pay. You can now add them from our app. They are a safe, secure way to pay online and in-person.

Introducing Lloyds Bank Smart ID

Prove who you are with just your phone. Lloyds Bank Smart ID is the secure way to confirm your identity, prove your age and more with many UK businesses, online and in person.

1. Download the Lloyds Bank Smart ID app.

2. Set a PIN, provide a face scan and enter your mobile phone number.

3. Add your government-approved ID document like a passport or driving license.

4. Once your ID is added, you're ready. You can start sharing your details safely and securely.

Calls and online sessions may be monitored and recorded. Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To use our Mobile Banking app you need to have a valid phone number registered to your account. Available to UK personal Internet Banking customers and Internet Banking customers with accounts held in Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey or the Isle of Man or you can register for the first time in the app. Our app is available to iOS and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Device registration required. The app doesn’t work on jailbroken or rooted devices.  Terms and conditions apply.
