We can call you between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please do not disclose any sensitive or personal information.

During our initial call, we’ll ask you some questions about the estate.

It will be helpful if you could have any relevant details about the assets held in the deceased customer’s name to hand.

For example:

  • bank or building society accounts
  • premium bonds
  • property
  • stocks and shares.

This call usually takes around 15  minutes.

Unless you have specified a specific date and time, we aim to be in touch within the next 2 working days.
